二、培养目标

II. Training Objective

本专业适应新时代西部大开发和新型城镇化建设发展需要,立足贵州,面向西部,培养德智体美劳全面发展,熟悉自然科学和人文社会科学的相关理论和方法,熟练掌握土木工程学科基本原理、基本理论、基本方法和主要技术,能够解决土木工程领域复杂问题,具有较强实践能力、工程管理能力和创新能力,具有开阔的国际视野和良好的交流沟通能力,能在房屋建筑、道路桥梁、岩土与地基基础等领域从事勘测、设计、施工与管理的国际化应用型高级专门人才。

To adapt to the development needs of western development and new urbanization of China in the new era, based in Guizhou Province, and facing the west, this major aims to cultivate international application-oriented senior professionals who are excellent in morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, are familiar with the related theories and methods of natural science and humanities and social sciences, are proficient in the basic principles, theories and methods and main technologies of civil engineering, can solve complex problems in civil engineering, and have strong practical ability, engineering management ability, innovation ability, broad international vision and good communication skills, and can engage in survey, design, construction and management in housing construction, roads and bridges, geotechnical and foundation.

土木工程专业毕业生经过5年左右的实际工作锻炼,预期能成长为工作单位的技术岗位或管理岗位的业务骨干:

After about 5 years of practical work training, graduates of civil engineering are expected to grow into business backbones of technical posts or management posts. They should:

1.具有科学的世界观和正确的价值观,具备良好的敬业精神、社会责任感和工程职业道德,能够将工程与社会可持续发展相结合。

1. Have a scientific world outlook and correct values, high professionalism, high sense of social responsibility and good engineering professional ethics, and be able to combine engineering with social sustainable development.

2.掌握系统扎实的专业知识和技能,专业能力及职业素养达到或相当于注册工程师资格水平或中级技术职称要求。

2. Master systematic and solid professional knowledge and skills. Their professional ability and professionalism should meet or be equivalent to the requirements on qualification level and intermediate technical title pf registered engineers.

3.具备终身学习的能力,具有较强的创新能力,能结合产业和技术发展成果,创新开展工作,能够胜任勘测、设计、施工、管理等工作。

3. Have the ability of lifelong learning and strong innovation ability, can innovate in work by combining the achievements of industrial and technological development, and be competent in survey, design, construction, management and other jobs.

4.具有良好的表达沟通能力、团队协作精神及组织管理能力;具有国际视野和良好的外语应用能力,能进行跨文化的交流、竞争与合作。

4. Have good communication skills, high teamwork spirit and organizational management skills; have international vision and good foreign language application ability, and can conduct cross-cultural communication, competition and cooperation.

三、毕业要求

III. Graduation Requirements

土木工程专业学生通过四年的系统学习,在毕业时应能达成以下毕业要求:

After four years of systematic study, students of civil engineering should be able to meet the following graduation requirements when they graduate:

(一)知识要求

(I) Knowledge

要求1.能够应用数学、自然科学和工程科学的基本原理,识别、表达、分析研究土木工程领域的实际工程问题,以获得有效结论。

1. Be able to identify, express, analyze and research practical engineering problems in civil engineering with basic principles of mathematics, natural science and engineering science, so as to obtain effective conclusions.

要求2.能够将数学、自然科学、工程基础和专业知识与技术,用于解决土木工程领域的实际工程问题。

2. Be able to solve practical engineering problems in civil engineering with mathematics, natural science, engineering foundations as well as professional knowledge and technology.

要求3.掌握人文社会科学基础知识,了解社会发展和相关工程领域的科学知识。

3. Master the basic knowledge of humanities and social sciences, and learn the social development and scientific knowledge of related engineering fields.

(二)能力要求

(II) Capability

要求4.能够设计(开发)满足土木工程特定需求的体系、结构、构件(节点)或者施工流程,并在设计环节中考虑安全、适用、经济、耐用、美观等诸多因素,在提出实际工程问题的解决方案时具有创新意识。

4. Be able to design (develop) system, structure, component (node) or construction process that can meet the specific needs of civil engineering, and take into consideration the factors such as safety, applicability, economy, durability, beauty, etc. in design, and be innovative in proposing solutions to practical engineering problems.

要求5.能够基于科学原理、采用科学方法对土木工程领域的实际工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、收集、处理、分析与解释数据,并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论并应用于工程实践。

5. Be able to study practical engineering problems in civil engineering based on scientific principles and methods, including designing experiments, collecting, processing, analyzing and interpreting data, and draw reasonable and effective conclusions through information integration and apply them to engineering practice.

要求6.能够针对实际工程问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,包括对实际工程问题的预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。

6. Be able to develop, select and use appropriate technologies, resources, modern engineering tools and information technology tools for practical engineering problems, including the prediction and simulation of practical engineering problems, and understand their limitations.

要求7.能够基于土木工程相关的背景知识和标准,评价土木工程项目的设计、施工和运行方案,以及实际工程问题的解决方案,包括其对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响,并理解土木工程师应承担的责任。

7. Be able to evaluate the design, construction and operation schemes of civil engineering projects and the solutions to practical engineering problems, including their impacts on society, health, safety, law and culture, and understand the responsibilities of civil engineers based on the background knowledge and standards related to civil engineering.

要求8.能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色,具备在与土木工程专业相关的多学科环境中理解、掌握并应用工程管理原理与经济决策方法的能力。

8. Be able to play the role of individual, team member and leader in a multi-disciplinary team, understand, master and apply engineering management principles and economic decision-making methods in a multi-disciplinary environment related to civil engineering.

要求9.能够就土木工程专业的复杂工程问题,与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,并具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。

9. Be able to communicate effectively with peers in the industry and the public on complex civil engineering problems, have a certain international vision, and be able to communicate and exchange in a cross-cultural context.

要求10.能够理解和评价针对土木工程专业的实际工程问题的工程实践对环境、社会可持续发展的影响。具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。

10. Be able to understand and evaluate the impact of engineering practice that aims at solving practical engineering problems of civil engineering on sustainable development of environment and society. Have the consciousness of autonomous learning and lifelong learning, and have the ability of continuous learning and adapting to development.

(三)素质要求

(III) Quality

要求11.具有正确的价值观和科学的世界观,践行社会主义核心价值观,具有强烈的社会责任感,立志投身国家建设,服务社会经济发展。

11. Have correct values and scientific world outlook, practice socialist core values, have a strong sense of social responsibility, and be determined to devote themselves to national construction and serve social and economic development.

要求12.具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感和使命感,能在复杂工程环境下履行职业责任,具有质量意识、环境意识和安全意识,具备踏实严谨、耐心专注、吃苦耐劳、追求卓越等优秀品质,人格健全、身心健康。

12. Have humanity and social science literacy, senses of social responsibility and mission, be able to fulfill professional responsibilities in complex engineering environment, have awareness of quality, environment and safety, be practical, rigorous, patient and dedicated, hardworking and striving for excellence, etc., have sound personality as well as physical and mental health.

要求13.具有良好的工程素质和从业愿景,具有不断学习、获取新知识和寻找解决问题的愿望,能够在工程实践体验中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范。

13. Have high engineering quality and good career vision, have the desire to keep learning, acquire new knowledge and find solutions to problems, and be able to understand and abide by engineering professional ethics and norms in engineering practice and experience.

四、培养措施

IV. Training Measures

1.国际化培养模式。充分利用两校各自专业的优势,通过课程融合和师资柔性引进,培养具有扎实的基础知识、掌握先进理念的具有国际视野的土木工程专业人才。

1. International training mode. Make full use of the advantages of majors of two universities to train civil engineering professionals with solid basic knowledge and advanced ideas and international vision by course integration and flexible introduction and teachers.

2.中外教师通力合作。中方教师重点培养学生的基础知识、专业知识与应用能力,外方教师重点培养学生前沿性的专业知识、先进的建筑理念和技术、深入的工程理论和工程建造能力,以及工程的实践创新能力。

2. Cooperation between Chinese and foreign teachers. Chinese teachers focus on training students' basic knowledge, professional knowledge and application ability, while foreign teachers focus on training students' cutting-edge professional knowledge, advanced architectural concepts and technologies, in-depth engineering theories, engineering construction ability as well as engineering practice and innovation ability.

3.多元的培养模式。通过外方优质课程和优质师资的引入,更新专业课程体系,借鉴外方的先进教学模式和教学方法,加强互动教学与过程培养,提高学生的学习兴趣,拓展学生的国际视野,提升学生的自主学习能力和学术创新能力。

3. Diversified teaching mode. Update the professional course system, learn advanced foreign teaching methods and modes, strengthen interactive teaching and process training, improve students' interest in learning, broaden their international view and enhance their autonomous learning ability and academic ability through the introduction of high-quality foreign courses and teachers.

4.理论与实际相结合,强化培养学生综合运用知识的能力。教学过程中理论教学与实践教学兼顾,在理论教学的基础上,通过实践教学环节培养学生运用专业知识与技能解决现实问题和完成实际工作的能力。

4. Combine theory with practice and strengthen the training of students' ability in comprehensive application of knowledge. Take into account both theoretical teaching and practical teaching and train students' ability to solve practical problems and complete practical works with professional knowledge and skills through practical teaching on the basis of theoretical teaching.

土木工程概论、理论力学、材料科学与技术、工程项目管理和经济原理、材料力学、结构力学、钢结构基本原理、土木工程概预算、工程测量、土木工程CAD和BIM应用、岩土工程、地形学、建筑学、液压学、应用地质学、设计、钢筋混凝土结构、地基知识、土木结构试验与检测、道路铺设管理和维护、应用于固体废物处理的技术、海岸工程、液压建造、道路建造、卫生与环境工程等。

Introduction to Civil Engineering, Theoretical Mechanics, Material Science and Technology, Engineering Project Management and Economic Principles, Material Mechanics, Structural Mechanics, Basic Principles of Steel Structure, Civil Engineering Budget, Engineering Survey, CAD and BIM Application of Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Topography, Architecture, Hydraulics, Applied Geology, Design, Reinforced Concrete Structure, Foundation Knowledge, Civil Structure Test and Detection, Road Paving Management and Maintenance, and Techniques Applied to Solid Waste Treatment, Coastal Engineering, Hydraulic Construction, Road Construction, Sanitation and Environmental Engineering, etc.

VIII. Graduate Credits

学生在毕业时应达到德育培育目标和大学生体育合格标准要求,并最低修满169学分,通过毕业设计答辩,可获得铜仁学院颁发的本科毕业证书和工学学士学位证书。

Graduates should meet the requirements of moral education training objectives and sports qualification standards of college students, and have completed at least 169 credits. Those who pass the graduation design defense can obtain the undergraduate diploma and the certificate of bachelor's degree of engineering issued by Tongren University.
