贵州省渔业协会---铜仁学院联络员,第一届贵州省水产原良种场审定委员会委员,铜仁市水产专家服务组成员,贵州省科技特派员。主持科研项目2项,发表SCI学术论文10余篇。主要从事水产养殖(水产动物营养与饲料学、水产动物营养生理学)的研究。
